In fact I'd bet money on it because I'm pretty sure I can see the lure it uses to catch its prey, just between the eyes," Maclaine said.。　　凌激在当日国新办举行的新闻发布会上说，近几年，跨国公司对中国的投资有一些转变。　　首先，外商投资中国已经不仅仅看劳动力、土地这些传统的要素成本，他们更关注高效的产业生态、优越的基础设施，特别是现在的绿电、算力等新型生产要素供给，以及高效的供应链体系，充满活力的创新生态和高素质的人才供给。这些优势都是跨国公司在中国发展的重要驱动力，也是他们在全球形成竞争力的重要因素。　　其次，早期跨国公司主要是瞄准中国的资金和供给的“缺口”，从引进资金、成熟技术到商业模式和管理就可以在中国较快获得成功。他指出，这些年随着中国产业发展水平的提升，市场竞争日益激烈，消费应用场景的丰富和日趋多元化，越来越多跨国公司把中国作为提升其全球竞争力的“训练场”，有的还形象地叫作“健身房”。　　他还提到，过去很多外资企业在华投资都是搭建自己的研发和供应链体系。随着中国产业链供应链体系的日趋完备和高效，越来越多外资企业正在深度融入中国的产业生态，本土化水平不断提升，与中方合作伙伴的协同发展日益加强。　　凌激表示，伴随着跨国公司不断深耕中国市场，中国引资形势也稳中向好，当前中国吸引外资的存量比较稳定，高技术产业外资的进入不断增长。一些国家在华的商会近期发布的调查报告显示，多数外资企业在中国都实现了较好盈利，增资布局的意愿普遍提升。
